Colby Christensen joined TIE as an Educational Specialist in August 2007. He earned his bachelor's degree in English & German at Montana State University (Bozeman) in 1995, and he completed his master's degree in Sport Administration at the University of Northern Colorado (Greeley) in 2003. He spent seven years teaching (English and math) and coaching (cross country, basketball, and track) in Montana and Colorado, in addition to working as a GEAR UP coordinator for three years in the Greeley, Colorado school district. As a Black Hills native and Rapid City Central graduate, Colby is excited to be home and is looking forward to assisting educators and administrators in schools throughout South Dakota!
